Even though the media and the President and the so called "experts" are talking doom and gloom, here in Texas we are Blessed.  While some states are being hit hard we are still prospering.  Yes we have foreclosures and some job losses but overall the economy is thriving and the market is puttering right along.  Yes the financing is more difficult to obtain and the lenders have gone from one extereme to the other, but, the bottom line is-we are still selling houses.  Interest rates are extremely low and the time is perfect to purchase that dream home.
