Creating Forum Rules

I would like to start this thread to form rules for our forum. Suggestions are welcome.

Allowed all posts related to the main idea of the forum which includes everything related to the real estate related web development, internet and general promotion, advertising and general real estate, but not limited.

Let's try to put together what we wouldn't like to see here:
1. Soliciting, spam, self promotion without our approval*
2. Offending and violent materials
3. Personal conflicts, attacks and misunderstandings
4.

Exceptions:
1. Self promotion is only allowed with our approval; from members that contributed something useful (posts-wise) and where it is appropriate - use common sense
2. Press Releases only allowed, by established members related to the Real Estate Industry, in the Press Release thread - see How to do Press Release

LINKS IN POSTS AND SIGNATURES
1. Links in posts and signatures are allowed, but limited to the members that contributed more than 20 posts. God bless spam...
2. Signatures are limited to 1 signature per author per page to avoid link hunting and flooding.
The final word is up to the owner/me and the moderators what is appropriate and what is not.
