Since we've got this new and nice vBulletin, I'd like to ask your opinion on how you would like to organize this message board. Please feel free to make suggestions on forum categories and main forum names and what you think should be discussed in them.

Max the system will not let me log in. I created a new ID, but would much rather be able to login under kensmith. Also if I am having this issue I am sure others are also. Feel free to try and login in as me to test the issue.

Who is your target market for the forum? Consumers or agents?

That will dictate your categories.

As for me, I'm gradually moving away from extensive forum participation because it is time for me to spend more time on my sites. I've been goofing off too long.

Hi Terry! Glad to see you here, that's a pity though, that you're not going to be around very often, but I understand that - I'm so busy myslef that have no time for my own site. Well, you're selfemployed - I'll probably be working for other people for quite long time

As for this forums' audience - I think the realtors and industry related people are the targets - not the real estate consumer.
