I know it has been a very frustrating year+ with all the real estate website issues out there.

Well, I am here to save the day for you...
Many months ago myself and others were invited to Beta-test a new real estate website platform for Greg Boser. Since then, I have been continually impressed with the product, Greg and his team.

As a reference, my new site with him is a Scottsdale real estate sales site with integrated blog named Scottsdale Community News.

As Matt said, its pretty slick. I sold out to this with Greg knowing that the upside was huge. One of the reasons it was easy for me to sell SanDiegoHomes with its dominate rankings was because I knew I could duplicate it with another site. I knew it could take me a year under normal circumstances, but with Greg I figured I would do it in half the time.

Well, I was wrong. We did it in 1/4 of the time. Three months and it was #3 for "San Diego real estate", which is where SanDiegoHomes was when I sold it, and last week, 4 months to the day, it went to #2.

It will cost you more than your AA site, but the results will justify the difference. I went to #1 in Google for 'San Diego real estate' this morning.
