This has been my experience and as far as the contacts that I receive, they slant very heavily buyer/website and seller/blog. If I isolate where the best chance (percentage wise) buyers and sellers are heading then I have a better chance of converting them. Far from me to think I have all the answers, but, I think you sometimes have to play the %'s. Since I know where the consumers are going, it should be easier to determine what info they want; buyers want houses, sellers want to know if I can market their home, if I am knowledgeable and if they like me. So once you get a clean design that is easy to navigate (most here have that) you can shift to where to put the imporyant stuff. For this, I am only smart enough to test. Since we know sellers want content and buyers want houses, it SEEMS like the content should be on the left for sellers/blog and options should be on the left for buyers/website. As for designing to optimize that experience, I am at best a novice and more like an amateur, but, I test and change when something doesn't work. Then I repeat until I get results that are better or worse and then I change again until it gets better. I think I may have become OCD. Thanls for the bool tip, I'll pick it up. I could use all the help I can get...
