I guess, suggestions on a specific Questionnaire would be great too. I'll give every vendor to fill it out - that will be their first post pinned at the top of their thread. Below you can ask all the questions you want.

Just like in Real Estate we sell features and BENEFITS. If you have legitmately superior benefits and ranking sites, then you don't need the hype.

I hope that we can encourage a discussion of the practical benefits of a feature, or design element. Along the lines of this is what we do and this is why it matters and urls for the top ranking sites.

I played around this after looking at my own geographic area and others to see which sites were coming up first, #1, AA and P2 were leading the pack.

I need help to sift through the razz m'taz and feedback from others on this forum who have a far greater technical understanding than I do.

Thanks Max!

Arrow Vendors Questionnaire

Tomorrow (05/30) is the last day for the voting poll and it seams like the majority is for the vendors forum. I have created the forum, but not opened it publicly yet. All vendors will require to ask me personally (via PM) to be added and I will have to create their very own sub-forum. This way I can keep it organized.

But, before I open the forums live, I would like to ask your guys help to put together a vendor's questionnaire. The info from the questionnaire will be their "profile" or starting page which everyone can look at and know what particular vendor is offering.

Here is my start:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
  1. Company Name:
  2. Reps (names) on this forum:
  3. Location:
  4. Web site:
  5. Customer Support Email:
  6. Phone:
  7. Products (+pricing):
  8. Products Demo:
  9. Services (+pricing):
  10. Web Sites of clients where products/services are being used/performed:
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Suggestions?

Any vendor who says these things is, as you already know, totally dishonest. That's a red flag brighter than the sun and an omen bigger then Mt. Figi. Run as fast as you can. Placement is a work in progress and requires the right structure and programming. Agent Image is one of the most blatant at the SEO lying game. The samples they show are clients who have independent SEO specialists on team, and were getting results before they even offered their services.

Lightbulb Vendors Forum is Opened

92.31% of voters expressed their desire to have a section just for vendors.
So be it! Vendors Forum is now opened and available under the Real Estate section under the name Real Estate Marketing Vendors.

New threads and posts are not allowed, but they will be when we have vendor specific forums created. To start a forum vendors have to apply to me via Private Messaging. Please read Vendor Submission and Participation Rules.

Vendors are welcome to submit their products and services, and forum members are welcome to invite the vendors you would like to participate.

Since this poll is closed - I'm closing the thread as well.
