I'll bet it makes it a lot easier to get rehabilitated when you are in this kind of surrounding compared to what most prisons are like.

Instead of dragging you down, it looks like it would provide a fresh perspective on life.

As long as the criminals don't love the facility so much they choose to become repeat offenders...

Hardened criminals and "illegals" should be locked up in Alcatraz, not the Hilton.
