That's a great one! Is the land that the home is on really worth that much? I guess you don't walk into a listing like that and start telling them they'd have to do a bit of decluttering . . .

Update: since this was posted on my blog Scottsdale Community News, and on Digg, REW, and on Reddit and a few more... our local news cast - Channel 15 News (ABC) just ran the story tonight on the 6PM news!!!
Cannot believe it... of course, they interviewed the listing agent vs. me, the person who placed it online for all to see. But, no problem. I just wanted to share with everyone how sometimes you can get some more exposure than you may have thought possible.

Too funny!
Loved the virtual tour and descriptions! My wife actually likes to go help some of my sellers stage their homes, but I don't think she would step foot near this one. I forwarded this one on to some realtor friends in the US who would appreciate it!
