I think Squidoo traffic should be the highest quality comparing to others... or may be not.. it just seams that there are too many other realtors at AR that clicking on each others links/profiles just to check out their "blogging" competition.

I thought the best traffic came from IBSteam. Have you guys checked out ziki ? It has a lot of pop! You can add pages, etc. Check out my Columbus Ziki

I think something like ziki or zuki is on my drawing board at the office... not sure what exactly. Have you tried biznik.com? They are based in Seattle, WA and mostly directed on B2B networking, but this is actually social network that works (their motto - "business networking that doesn't suck") - they actually do real meetings every often and meet each other and network. Of course most of those meetings are in Seattle, but that doesn't mean you can't initiate gatherings in your own city... you just need a few interested people to start with. I think this is the way to go... oh, by the way if you're into face-to-face networking you should check out http://www.meetup.com/ - there are meet ups for any topick (well at least here in Metro Phoenix )
