Featured Areas - New Look, New Implementation

I just wanted to make a little announcement that I have made some changes to Featured Areas feature:

1. Completely New template design that includes:

• Optional Agent's/Broker's photo and company logo.
• Company address and contact information.
• List of serving areas.
• Links to your other featured areas within the directory.
• Personal real estate blog headlines.
• Custom content with custom graphics and direct links to your own web site internal pages.
• Rtaing block - inlcudes rating votes, unique visitors for the page and comments.

2. New SE friendly URLs for featured areas with keywords in it;
3. Each area can have it's own content page or multiple areas leading to single page.

Price is the same - $35 a year per area.

Here are two new areas I just created with the new template :

I tried to login to my listing, but it didnt recognize my email. Can you let me know which one I used?

Bob, you didn't submit it - I did when I first started the site, therefor I am holding the ownership of your listing. I just registered you as a directory member and reassigned the listing. You should receive notification of the membership approval at bob@yourdomain with the password in it - you can change the password after you log in. Also, it may take a couple of minutes for you to be able to edit your listing - I'm regenerating the index tables right now. Let me know how it goes.

Do more than play Bob... these featured pages of Max's rank and are driving really good traffic for something that costs nothing except a few well thought out paragraphs of content for your area and your benefit.

Actually, I can't believe more people are not taking advantage of this while it is still cost free. Every single person who has, has reported an excellent return on their investment of time and thought put into their own content.

Where else can anyone simply put together some well thought out, original content (original being the key here, or else the big G will simply ingnore it as duplicate content) and rank as well as drive traffic with no costs?

Matt, don't confuse Featured Areas and Listing Details pages - the Featured Areas are $35/year - those the ones I described in my first post of this thread. Listing Details pages are free - they come with every submission and can be taken advantage of by simply emailing me the content (to editor@ibsteam.net). They are not as pretty as Featured Areas and they are not promoted the same way, but they are ranking for less competitive keywords (good for the long tail purposes) and they are free.
