The point of doing this is that your detail pages are ranking on different keyphrases and bringing more traffic to your listings directly from search engines. I'm watching my referral statistics and seeing a lot of keyphrases that in the link titles and their description brining up listing details pages in the search results.

For this purpose I wrote the post mentioned above. Also, I wrote a few personal emails to the people which details pages ranking in search engines but they have very little of content.

Later today I'll try to post a list of keyphrases I see direct hits for from the search engines which I need content for. So watch this thread and give me some content to drive more traffic to your web sites

Okay, here is as promised. Directory gets a few hundred direct visitors from search engines evey day, the most targeted areas at present time are California, Florida, Arizona and South Carolina. These categories getting the most of the hits, so if you own a listing under any of these categories don't waste your time and provide something usefuls for your potential visitors - information about areas you serve, about your site would be very helpful - 800-1000 words would be nice.

If you're serving the following cities, please provide additional content for your listing and you will have much better chance to drive more traffic through our directory to your site. So far keyphrases with these areas drive traffic tho their categories.

Don't get me wrong, these are just very specific places that being hit from search engines in our directory. I just went through first 200 keyphrases, we are found on through search engines for the month of May, and picked out city specific ones. As you understand serving, for example, Bullhead in Arizona and someone finds your listing on this keyphrase - you're the winner, but if they find whole state of listings you have less chances.

We are getting a lot of referrals for all the states, that's because we are real estate directory and promoting states in the first place - than your listings ranking on their city specific keyphrases - this is where we need more content from you to attract direct visitors and shorten their voyage by avoidinig surfing thorugh the whole state and giving them desired listing right away.

As I mentioned at the beginning California, Arizona, South Carolina and Florida are a must! Don't lose this opportunity!

Our international friends are not forgotten either - we're getting tonns of hits on spain, brazil, bulgaria, australia, germany, polland, uae etc. I wasn't expecting that many hits from Europe, but their markets are booming, so go ahead and give me some description of your specific places.

Since most of you targeting more than one city/town/community your content pages will increase range of keyphrases your listings are found by, so don't wait for me to post your city here, because when I do, that means someone mentioned it here and their infomration is in the game of search results.

I happily got one page of content yesterday. Okay, let's see who is next.

The following "specific" keywords need more attention and I think a few of them have to do with someone's company name:

kara homes
house plans
poland
malta
dubai

arvida homes
santa monica
augusta georgia

I'm just giving you r very specific keywords which are less competitive and you get direct hits on. Keep in mind the states related keyphrases are all hot and being hit a lot. If you see your specific keyword use the possibility to provide related content and I will insert it into your listing detail page.
