Dan,

BlueHost the most basic plan should be enough for you. With DreamWeaver it will be very easy to set up your site production. When you get your host set up - set up a new website in DreamWeaver (top menu Site => New Site.. and follow the wizard). Just enter your FTP user name and password. You will have a new folder with the name of your site on your local computer - just upload all the new pages and files you create through DW and that's it. You should have users manual for DW or just open its help - they should have basic instructions how to setup a site through FTP account. It is really easy and anyone can do that.
