Hey gang, I'm the FNG around here and was wondering if anyone would care to work with me on monetizing my website for a perpetual 50/50 split on whatever we do together.

The site is real estate related and has 3300+ members but I'm just not a page creator and my webmaster is to busy to really help with development.

Things are status quo, chugging along as usual. I have time and am not in a tight spot or anything so waiting isn't a problem. As they say, one day at a time. I appreciate your replies gents. Thanks so much!

What is the site currently making? What is your traffic like?

We're doing a measily 5k a year on some ads but not much else. I just have not monetized it at all up to this point. Stats say 16000 sets of eyes a day.

I've got the book, though I've only scanned parts of it. It's really difficult to write a real estate book that that has cross-appeal to everywhere in the country. For example, once an author starts talking about using a lawyer in the transaction, you lose practically everyone in California and a lot of the Southwest. If you don't talk about using a lawyer, you lose everyone in the Northeast.
