Hey, i'm Stephan from realestatenexus.com, just letting everyone know that it is out there and what it does. Basically it's a site where you can post your real estate listings for free, as well as any photos or virtual tours you have for your homes. We can also design websites for agents who would like a customized personal website.

It would be nice if you could have a drop down menu to select a county or city or town within a particular state.

I searched for homes in VA but it can not be narrowed down to a certain county or town so I got all of VA. Then when I tried to refine the search to look only for homes I ended up with a list of foreclosures all over the country! I think the site may need some work before I would use it and expect to see results.

Searching California and all I get are your Foreclosure.com affiliate listings.

Not exactly a free search and more than a bit misleading IMO.
