I see our PR went down on internal pages. I guess we're bleeding to much PR away - well, isn't it what directories supposed to do But our positioning and traffic are great so far (knocking on wood). Las month we had over 2.5 mil page views and over 200K uniques - I think it's pretty good for a directory like this. It's a pity I don't have time to work it as much as I want. It needs a lot of work and I have a lot of ideas...

Do you look at the sites prior to adding them to your directory? Was wondering why you have 3 links to an agent in Hawaii on your Idaho Realtors page? (looks like he's starting a directory on his personal website). And why you have 4 links to another directory on your Idaho Realtors page?

Just looked at Arizona and see the same thing there??
And Wisconsin..
And Oregon...
