I have a couple of agents who would like to start doing press releases, but they want to do them on specific subjects like pre-construction or community specific - I think it makes more sense and more targeted advertisement should have higher conversion rate. I'll let everyone know how it goes when we start doing them - I think that will be sometime at the end of January or in February.

I used to do them, but stopped because they didn't generate enough traffic to make it worth my time. Of course, after that, a bunch of other agents copied me and released a ton of their own. If it is working for you, I say keep at it. Just make sure you use original content, not copied stuff from your site.
