Hello,

I submitted the site http://www.refiadvisor.com to the mortgages category and it was denied without a reason.

Could someone let me know why?

I'm trying to avoid pure affiliates and give more chances to the actual agents and brokers. I don't mind sites with some advertisement, but their own services should be the main priority.

As i stated in my reply on your email, your site doesn't have a person or business name behind it, so people don't know whom they are dealing with. At the same time you asking them to subscribe to your "course" leaving private information like name and email address.

Actually, opposit to what you wrote - I did take some time to go over your site - I can't admit I read everything because I simply don't have time for that, but I found over 5000 variations of your "cource" (which is in PDF format on your site) where some of them are verbatim distributed over the internet.. well, since you don't have getherd knowlege base on the subject, information that you provide is downloadable and hard to see if its duplicate from first sight.. at the end you suggest visitor to let mortgage companies compete for them by filling out quote forms on 9 different sites thorugh your affiliate links (which btw pay anywhere from $15 to $60 in commission)... out of 4 main pages: home page, about us, resources and contact us - resources page has majority of affiliate links in it.

No offence, but I don't see why this site will be helpful to our visitors in the directory.

I don't have written rules neither TOS yet, but as soon as I put them together I'll make sure they are available for the subscribers and visitors.

well may be the reason is that they are looking for reciprocal linking and you are going to submit it as a free directory or another cause can be that you have to paste the link first then they will submit your link...
