a question about my apartment

hello everybody!Soon I bought an apartment (an year ago) and I want to resell it now as the prices increase.But I am not sure whether the moment is adequate or I have to wait.I live in Sofia,Bulgaria.The construcion company is Platinum Investmen Group- I bought it for 32000Eu and now I can sell it for almost 72000EU as the apartments in the area I live became more expensive.Your advice please?

Bulgaria seems to be a hot spot right now with more and more people finidng out about it and the great investment opporunties so in my opinion if you don't need the money or have to sell it I would personally hold on to it as it seems like prices will only keep going up over there compared to the US, UK and some other countries where people can not afford the over priced properties anymore.
