Need a real estate agent in Tenerife

THERE are lots of things to consider when you buying property in Spain. Do not just jump into a deal if you see a Spanish property for sale. If what you are buying is a fully-furnished property, then you must ensure that all amenities are there for your perusal. Never plunge into a deal if you know that the property is not worth it and especially so if both the seller and the real estate agent are conniving and convincing you to increase the price. Even if it is located in the rural areas, there must be ample amenities there.
