Default Ebay & Real Estate - To Use or Not To Use, Your Thoughts

I just picked up a really decent water front listing. I am considering spending the $300 bucks to get 90 days on Ebay. Not as an auction, but as a fixed price store item. I know the exposure I can get from using Ebay Real Estate is *big* but has anyone ever tried using Ebay for Real Estate before, and if so - can you share your experiences? Thanks ahead of time - Steve

I think I have some people in the office that might have eBay Real Estate experience - I'll ask them whenever they are in the office. Hope someone else will be able to shed some light on this for us - pretty interesting question.

I just found a few resources you might want to check out too:

Some of the articles a bit older, but I think they can be a part of the research. Please post enything you find helpful or interesting on the subject.
