I've found a great way to market my business and it's through networking.

For real estate agents, one key driver of success is blogging. If you take the time to take some of the interesting content in your head and put it out on the web, you will get customers. You have a lot of very valuable information about the market, or the community. Blog it and people will come to you. This is really no different than the best practice many real estate do of writing the real estate corner in their local paper just faster and easier.

Looks like Active Rain, except it is more geared towards sending PR and links to the site owners Las Vegas sites (see the footer on every page). If you think wannanetwork is good you should take a look at active rain, think you will like it better.

LOL, you hit the nail on the head, Ken. Its much better to have a detail page on this directory or to be listed in Active Rain. You will actually get traffic from them instead of helping someone else boost their pr and se ranking.

I've actually gotten some great business from wannanetwork. I even have a few google backlinks from them. Personally I don't see a crime in increasing the PR of a Las Vegas real estate site in exchange for some business.
