Thanks for that "linkdomain" checker.

I was poking around some of my competitor's websites and noticed that if they are in the yahoo business directory, there are a ton of links back from all over the place.

One guy in particular shows no backlinks if you use the feature on the google toolbar but over 80 (mostly yahoo dir links) using that "linkdomain" check.

Why the difference?

I dropped a point on 2 of my sites. One went from a 4 to a 3 and one from a 3 to a 2 but no change in Serps.

No change in the Serps is what really matters. PR is sooo overated.

I went from a 5 to a 3 during the first round of updates when they hit the directories. I'm not sure how I got lumped in with paid links because I don't have any. I did certainly have many more incoming links added so I'm not real sure what the deal was. My interior pages were all 5's and now they are all 3's as well.
