googling grand rapids real estate
In the past little bit I have been bouncing between #1 and #2 with the GRAR (Grand Rapids Association of Realtors) website. Just yesterday I noticed they now have links to their home search pages when you google grand rapids real estate. In the past there had been just the one link to their homepage. Since my main souce of leads has been from my MLS search page, it's kind of shocking to see their website up there like that. Needless to say I am anticipating a big drop in leads. (none today at all so far... ).So does anyone know exactly what they did for google to "embrace" them like that?

Nothing, Andrew. Just keep fighting the good fight! Google generates those links as shortcuts to the most searched information. I have a feeling they also use "click through" and "time spent on the page" history to generate such links.

Yeah I also have realestate.yahoo and a local site, mlive(real estate), sneaking up also. The never ending saga continues. |
