Default no follow tags

I put alot of my listings in Craigslist. But just a few days ago I noticed that the links I put in the ads all have the "no follow" tag automatically added.

What does this mean?

That means that they don't pass PR nor trust back to your site.
Try going back and editing those links... I read somewhere that craigslist doesn't add nofollows after you edit the links... try it might be true

I tried it but they are automatically placed back.

Is a way to tell that a link has the no follow tag?

Andy,

there is a plugin for Firefox that will automatically highlight links with nofollows for you. But that is only for Firefox.

... here, I found it - it's called SearchStatus
