I personally would never have a flash intro. I like content on the first page a visitor or a bot sees.

I think your site have more issues than just a flash intro.
Most of your indexed pages are blank ones. Check it out. Then most of the navigation is in Flash as well... so I don't see how search engines can crawl any deeper than your home page. That's just the beginning.... You should consider removing your intro and making main navigation crawlable. Then go from there.

You are right.

I never suggest to Flash intro to my client because Google is not give a more weight on flash site.

I suggest you make a one index page so google easily cache your website.
