I am finding the more than daily fluxes in the serps to be very frustrating - bouncing up and down.

What I find very strange is the constant shifting of the 3rd position for my main term. It seems Google has a round robin for that spot and is moving a new site in every three or four days. Very strange.

We see a lot of movement for the search Phoenix Real Estate, but mostly our competitors and not us thank goodness.

On the other hand, there is little volatility in the search Scottsdale Real Estate, weird.

A lot of movement in our areas for the last couple of weeks. Seems to go with the foolbar update.

Seeing a lot of changes as of this morning in the SERP's especially with Google. Hope they stick since they are positive for me. Have a great day everyone.

Been there for years... but, thank you for noticing!

Need to get on the first page for our newest site (ScottsdaleHomes.com which I acquired in April of 2008 ) for the term Scottsdale real estate in Google... that's our primary goal at this point.

I knew you had a site link for homes but I didn't know you ranked that strong for all 3 terms.
