I'm curious to figure out why a competitors url link in google search always comes up purple like I have already clicked it - when my own resets itself to the blue that licks are before they are clicked.
When I check my main search - city/st/real estate - in google this web site always comes up in the top 5 and always comes up purple as if I have just opened it that day. I have made a move up and starting to become hopeful, and I don't begrudge my competitors that are on top. I just figure they are there because they or someone they hired have done the work to get and stay there. But I am curious as to why just 1 site always is purple when it comes up and my url and all others reset when I shut down my laptop. I am wondering if it is possible that some sort of cookie had been set on my laptop when I visited this site that connects with the site every time I fire up? I did a search using the url of this site in all files on my hard drive and nothing came up, perhaps I need to shorten it and use a couple of wild cards in front and end of the url? Any thoughts, I just would like to figure it out for 1 thing and then see if this site benefits from doing this? If anyone wants to see the site I am questioning please pm me and I'll send the url - he doesn't need the extra link from here

Don, have you tried deleting cookies and all other temporary files from the Options for your browser? I'm sure this is some kind of glitch within your browser. BTW, if clicked on the same link somewhere else - it will be purple everywhere - search results and other pages...
