Does anyone recommend a great SEO person?

Sometimes I get overloaded and have to offload some work to others. I've never been able to find anyone great at SEO. It seems like everyone always injects a bit of black hat shenanigans. I'd love to find someone who is above board and does work that lasts.

I think that the best SEO person for your site can be YOU if you read thru forums like this, try things out, and when you feel like "you've got it", continue doing what you've been doing.
SEO is a process. Get started, stay with it, be dedicated and the results will come.
