Default Getting .edu and .gov incoming links

Getting .edu and .gov links is a great thing for your website, as most SEM pros will agree. You can use Google to find .edu and .gov blogs that will provide you with backlinks. In the Google's search box, type in:

Code:
site:.edu inurl:blog "comment" -"you must be logged in" -"posting closed" -"comment closed" "real estate"

where keyword is the keyword related to your website.

Remember, don't just post to post. That's spam. Try and contribute good information to the blog. There giving you something good, so give something good in return.

Nice query. I actually found one university (a couple of months ago) where they giveaway blog space on .edu domain to every student that has a University ID. I don't want to say the name of the school outloud because I'm sure a lot of edu sites will be spammed lol But this a good suggestion and actually opens doors for many more opportunitues beside the links.. just think about it

Yes, opening doors is what it's all about.

I forgot to mention, if you're looking for .gov links, just replace .edu with .gov

The quotes got messed up, otherwise everything was correct. I fixed this particular post. Thanks for noticing Dan!
