JourneyEd considers you a student even if you are only taking one continuing ed class at the community college. That's how I got my software for less. All you need is a current ID, so I had to stop by the office to get one, but it wasn't really a hassle, and really helped on software.

Becoming a student and paying this cheap for a class and buying software with 50% discount I think is the way to go. It sounds like a perfect plan comparing to buying the DW for the full price and wasting countless hours on trying to learn it on your own.

It doesn't apply to me because after using the trial of Expression Web I bought the upgrade version for $99.00. Considerably less expensive.
