It is very disappointing to let new clients know that they missed out on a good deal. Now that they know how to prepare to buy a home they will have a better chance of getting what they want.
Until your prepared your going to drive your self nuts just looking on line at prices and pictures.
All too often I will get calls from buyers that want to go look at a home the same day they call. They been searching the Internet for months or even years to find the right home. Never bothering to call a agent for many reasons I am sure.
The price & pictures are not the only things to consider when searching. Many other valuable information needs to be addressed before you fall in love with a home that you can't buy because it belongs to someone else that was prepared. I bet you will have your proof of funds or pre-approval letter ready after that experience.
Buyers: Please do your self a favor and get with a Agent you trust. Don't know one? Ask around, check the internet to find out more about them. Calling one doesn't mean your signed up to buy a home 
today. Ask for a appointment and get to know them and see if you think they are the right agent for you and your needs. Ask questions!
A good Agent will educate you on how to prepare to score the right home for the right price in less time & stress. Your driving your self nuts just looking at photos and prices on line. I know I do the same thing with Hotels and Vacations.
