Fun Things to do in Indianapolis
During the Winter months, boating on Geist Reservoir is probably not how you will spend your weekends. But there are still so many events in the Geist Indianapolis area to enjoy! Super Bowl of course is here, and there is plenty to do downtown with the NFL experience and Super Bowl Village with free concerts, the zipline and the hamster wheel! But Indianapolis and the surrounding communities like Geist always has so much to do and see.
The Palladium has Bruce Hornsby performing on February 17th; you might remember him playing with the Grateful Dead and Ricky Skaggs. His most memorable hit was "The Way It Is".
Beef and Boards Dinner Theatre will have Legally Blonde (or Bend and Snap) beginning February 16th through April 6th as a Musical.
Micahel Jackson : THE IMMORTAL World Tour with Cirque Du Soleil is at Conseco Fieldhouse on February 24th-25th.
For kids, Clifford the Big Red Dog will be LIVE at Clowes Memorial Hall on February 29th.
The Children’s Museum has the Adventures of Mr. Potato Head beginning January 28th through May 6th. This series has interactive explorations undersea, in out space and in the jungle. It is probably most appropriate for kids between 3 and 8 years of age.
