Nicky Dou was born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas and has resided within Northwest Arkansas for over 35 years. A valedictorian graduate of Springdale High, she was actively involved in sports, cheerleading, student leadership programs and was Homecoming queen. She also holds a Bachelor of Art’s degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where she was an active member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
Nicky and her husband Jerry enjoy a wide variety of what this area has to offer. Whether its boating on Beaver Lake, riding ATV’s and camping in the Ozark National Forest, enjoying Dickson Street's live music or attending an Arkansas Razorback or "The Naturals" athletic event, these are the countless reason why Nicky and Jerry call Northwest Arkansas Home. Nicky is happily married to Jerry Dou and has a beautiful little girl, Madison who turned 8 in January and attends the newest Bentonville, AR elementary school, Willowbrook! Nicky loved her company but felt she could offer her clients more with a big name backing her. In November of 2007 Nicky joined forces with Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate. & in 2008 - Nicky made a move to Century 21 Exclamation Realty located at Village on the Creeks in Rogers. Nicky was the #1 Century 21 Agent in Northwest Arkansas and in Arkansas for 4 years until February of 2013 when Century 21 and Coldwell Banker merged.. In September of 2013 Nicky decided to make her final move to Keller Williams Market Pro Realty which has offices in both Bentonville and Fayetteville. Jerry Dou has resided in Northwest Arkansas for over 34 years and is a graduate of Springdale High School and the University of Arkansas.
Since graduating from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Jerry has spent over 9 years working for Fortune 500 companies including Entergy Corporation and American Express Corporation. Most recently, Jerry worked for JB Hunt Transport as an Engineering Manager and IT Project Manager.
Jerry has extensive working knowledge in the areas of Customer Relationship Management as well as a high degree of competence in the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of technical solutions for improving Customer Satisfaction and Workforce Utilization.
