Shame on you JP Morgan Chase!  Not so Customer Friendly.

I listed a clients home and started a Short Sale process with JP Morgan Chase at the beginning of the year.  After submitting all the required paperwork and many hours on the phone we have to start all over.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are adopting new guidelines for processing short sales, which most Raleigh Realtors expect will outpace foreclosures in the coming year.

The guidelines, required by the Federal Housing Finance Agency and effective June 15, would require servicers of mortgages backed by Freddie and Fannie to review and respond to requests for short sales within 30 calendar days of receipt of a buyer’s offer.
