Currently the cheapest house available on the market in Winter Park.  The play is probably going to be to tear it down, but you will have to check with the city as to how you can build on this lot.  The side that is on Denning has 70ft and the side on Lyman has 30ft.  I think the play would be to make your address on Denning if possible.

You could also fix it up a bit and rent it out for a few years, and let your equity accrue.  Not the simplest of deals, but there is money to be made somewhere on this house.
