Google Page Creator - very nice addition to all the free service and software Google already provides. Very simple to use and I find it much easier than some of the template web sites with back-ends I ever worked on. As Google states - "No technical knowledge required" :) It's what you see is what you'll get editor with the main formatting options available, built-in HTML editor, pure CSS driven layout and free hosting :) Nice package - I think it will be a great alternative to screwy Yahoo web sites that have the most terrible code I've seen. To be fair to Yahoo! my Google's Page Creator's page didn't validate by www.W3.org, but still the code is much cleaner then most of us can do ;)

[...] At the end of February I wrote a post on Google Page Creator - just when Google released it. Well, 2 months later and a bit (today) I searched for my full name [Max Chirkov], just out of curiosity, and was very surprised to see my Google page ranking #2 just right below this site. Even more surprising is Google PageRank 4 for that page even though Google doesn’t show any links pointing to it. I found a couple of links (on Yahoo) from this blog pointing there, but that’s it. BTW, it also ranks #3 in Yahoo and #1 in MSN. I’m just wandering, how beneficial these pages can be in business and how exactly utilize them. [...]

Very good questions. I was shocked by the page rank too. Its probably just fall out pr since its associated with "google" that has a pr of 10. I'm going to tell my friend to start one. Thanks for the tip.

I'd really like to hear more about it too. I created Myrtle Beach Real Estate page for our C21 office, just to see how it will perform - who knows, may be there are some advantages to it :)
