Buying a home with private money loans

I have been in the real estate business from buying and selling homes...to traditioanl lenders and private lenders. I'm pretty sure i have seen the four conrners of the real estate business. Now!! talking with experience i think is much quicker and easier dealing with private money lenders, than a local traditional lender. Correct me if am wrong, just sharing here.
