Better Homes -

I just had a very lousy experience working with better homes. They rented out a 1 bedroom flat at discovery gardens to me that had a false wall! (made of gypsum)...to my horror they conveniently washed their hands off any responsibility for the same and said that I could take it up with the real estate developer - although better homes were the only ones that I had been dealing with all along (and they had conveniently walked off with the 5k dirham agent fee already)..fortunately the legal counsel at my employer stepped in and threatened legal action. They found another apartment for me in the same building. I am still awaiting the rent agreement..god knows how long that its going to take! Better homes has really branded themselves well, and thats about it. Their service is lousy at best, be ready for endless follow ups and rude rebuffs if your going to deal with them.
