I have been a Realtor for a number of years now with Windermere Peninsula Properties. I am here because I love what I do. I am with Windermere Peninsula Properties because they are an honest team of Realtors. I enjoy being a part of a company that gives back to the community, helps the homeless, takes the high road... and I can believe in.

I specialize in Golf Course and waterfront homes. Lately I have been doing a lot of work with bank owned properties, foreclosures and government owned homes. It is a very satisfying feeling to get a first time home buyer into a house they can afford and watch them live and grow in that community.

Community is very important to me. I believe that it is critical to be up on all of the issues effecting mu clients and neighbors. I am very involved and I keep my clients informed.

An informed client is a happy client. It is much easier to make decisions when you have as much information as possible. I do not always share just what you like to hear I also share the truth even when it isn't Rosy. that is my job. It may be the only part I do not like but it is one of the most important parts.
