Realtor's® Property Resource (RPR) reports contain extensive home data that can help you fully analyze a property for value.  In fact, there are very few property data resources available to you that will be as extensive and comprehensive as an RPR report. Here are just a few of the data points that an RPR report may contain that can help you analyze a property: Home Facts Home facts such as the number of bedrooms and bathroom, and the size of the home. Also, zoning and floodplain information may be included, plus the age of the home, the size of the lot, the type of heating and cooling system and the construction style of the home. RPR Home Facts Homeowner Information The names of the homeowners and other public information about the owners may be available. Property Photos The current listing photos and historical photos of the property, if available.
